Currently l am working as Education assistant in my village, after completing my degree I have been looking for entry jobs with no luck. Job hunting comes with a lot of negatives: Depression, stress, burnout and anxiety. The issue of experience as a general requirement for employment is a ripple effect of unemployment. Nonetheless there’s no use to cry over one thing repeatedly, we as youth we must come with solutions. We as youth we must uncover what we’re passionate about and make a living out of that, it’s a long shot but if we start now; we are bound to make a massive impact. Entrepreneurial factor can be our Messiah to deliver us from hunger, poverty and unemployment. Transformation in workplace is eminent, aged individuals must give youth chance to live their dreams as well. As youth we plead with companies to employ us so that we gain experience, we are more than ready to take your companies to the greater heights.
